Bing has come out with its newest policy about content and link building. It could be a helpful piece of information for the people, who are either promoting their sites or are into SEO business. Bing attaches value to links as they alert us to your website especially when the website is utterly new, or has added some new content. It is also rated as a measure of trust and confidence other people have in your site, as you would find more and more quality sites linking to other quality sites.
