As it happens with every algorithm change, Google’s Panda update is still creating havoc. There are many sites that have been impacted negatively simply because of the reason that they wove their strategy around the old algorithm. Now they have an insurmountable task of redoing it. So the impact is huge and the affected websites are trying to recover from the losses especially because of the drop in traffic.
