Google announced the launch of Flow Visualization in Google Analytics. This is described as a tool that lets you analyze site insights graphically, and instantly understand how visitors flow across pages on your site. Initially there would be two types of it: Visitors Flow and Goal Flow. However more such visualizations would be announced in future. While Visitors Flow will depict the source and record of incoming traffic from various resources, it will help to curb the bounce rate and form a strategy to procure more traffic from relevant sites. It is actually a graph of entire traffic pattern from the entry into the site till the visitors leave it.

It would be highly interactive and will be based on an algorithm which would clearly show different pathways, and it will provide us the information about nodes and connections. So, the traffic analysis of specific pages would also be visible in complete details. It will also supply crucial information about traffic, source, specific campaign, and browser used. It is understood to contribute a lot in search engine optimization and Internet marketing.
