Another Google Panda update in the air

According to the October 5 Tweet of Google’s Matt Cutts, he informed the people to expect some Panda-related flux in near future. However he added that its impact would not be as much as it was in the beginning of the year.
It has opened a whole round of open debate as to whether the business world should depend on Google for their traffic generation needs and search engine optimization activities to promote their websites. As Google is found to be busy with one or the other round of algorithm iterations, which are causing a huge disturbance in the existing rankings. There are a few companies which are affected by Panda update to an extent that they have started firing their staff.

It has now become a common phenomenon. Demand Media has also sought to limit its writing assignments from freelance writers in a bid to improve the quality. People are blaming Google for the series of jobs losses in the industry, but Google management says people should notice the number of people keeping their jobs because they can derive traffic from Google, honestly and doing quality work. Google’s popularity depends upon the fact that its searches are reliable and deliver quality results. But the buzz in the market is that industry wide people are now looking for alternative options of driving traffic to their sites and they are focusing more on social media and other channels which are more reliable than Google, in the wake of latest developments.
